  If I could give negative stars, I would. Every time I come to this Chick-Fil-A, it is a nightmare. The staff is rude majority of the time and the employee's have no sense or urgency. I placed an order on my cellphone to pick it up in the store, I walked to the sign that said pick-up and nobody even acknowledged me. I asked a guy who was restocking the products in the dining area if he knew where I was supposed to go or if my order was ready (after waiting 10 minutes already) he replied back that he didn't know and asked me to excuse him as he had to finish stocking.

  Disorganized. I waited for my order to be filled for far too long. People who ordered much after me were getting their food before I did. When I went up to the counter to check, the person giving food had no idea whose order belonged to whom. She was asking people's names all waiting for their food. I was treated rudely and brusquely and was given no apology nor explanation for their mistake. Believing I deserved some explanation, I asked what had happened, I was told they "must have skipped over me." And then I was given an eye roll. I can look over many things. It was getting towards the lunch hour. Poor customer service is one of the worst things a fast food place can offer.
