  I find Vienna Coffee to be one of the most ethical and community-centric businesses in East Tennessee. John (owner) takes his commitment to fair trade and ethically sourced coffee to the next level by travel to the countries of origin himself and developing relationships with farmers. From Maryville College to refugees seeking a safe place, so many have felt the reach of this incredible business. Oh, and did I mention they have great coffee? Please patron this business.
  When you do business with people like John, a network of folks around the world are helped in the process. A+++++!

  I've been to the Vienna coffee house several times, and it's almost always been great. They have great food, great coffee, and great customer service from friendly employees. That said, my one complaint is that they close pretty early, but they still have employees inside the coffee shop. All things considered though, I highly recommend that you stop in if you're nearby.

  Four stars only because they close too early! Otherwise, our home away from home. Lattes/specialty drinks are consistently good, and their house coffees, roasted perfectly downstairs, is never, ever bitter. That is saying a lot, as every coffee house from Starbucks to Remedy, seems to have an issue with their regular coffee's brewing process.

  I love this coffeehouse. The manager is exceptional and very sweet. Staff is friendly and competent overall. Great place to meet up with family and friends.
