  Never had such a bad experience from a food company. We ordered a large order and food was left out, that can happen, but then the driver called us a lier and the manager was saying it would take awhile to get it to us because of other orders, since we refused to take a credit after we paid cash for the order, bc it was food for our 5 year old.

  Absolutely will never order from this restaurant again. Order $80.00 of food and when the food arrives check to see they forgot a dessert. In response called the restaurant to have to speak to three people who attempt to provide "a credit" and regardless tell them to bring the dessert that they forgot seeing as I paid for it, they apologize for their mistake and hang up. Approximately 10 minutes later we receive a call from the restaurant and are told they asked their driver who said they did provide the dessert and tell us to check the bags the food was delivered in. Upon telling them yet again that the dessert was not delivered they proceed to attempt to sway us to accept a credit again. I still refused the credit and firmly told them to deliver the dessert that I had paid for. Their response was that it was going to take awhile because they were short on staff and only had one driver. At this point I become irate and tell them they had better get the dessert they forgot or I would be there to get my refund. They again said it would be awhile and hung up the phone. Shortly after they hang up the driver arrived with the dessert. While my order was completed at that point there is no way in hell I will have anything to do with this restaurant again.
