  Ordered pick up at work. Patty melt was on white bread witg american cheese the menu said rye bread with swiss cheese. Called to ask about it and they were very rude. Didnt offer to remake said sorry and tried to hang up. Got on the phone with manager and she said sorry thats not on the menu anymore. Also cheese "squares" were barelg warm cheese wasnt even melted.

  If I could put no stars in would. I called to place an order and was told to hold. The person who told me to hold placed the phone down where I can here everything. In close to 15 minutes no one picks it back up. However they stand next to the phone discussing how much he has made since 4 and that the month has been really good. They also had time to discuss who was working what days and that after this week one would be busting their but working a lot so they could take time off for vacation. I hung up and called back to find out that is the only phone line and 30 min later it is still off the hook. They really do not care about their customers or making sure they keep them. This was their second and final try for us after bad service last time we went in and this time they were even worse.
